Baltimore officer acquitted of all charges in Freddie Gray case

The legislature should pass a bill of attainder sentencing the officer in question to death, to be carried out immediately by firing squad. The justice system can't be trusted in this instance.

Another black man dead is a victory?

If they were ever able to swallow their Pride and charge them with a misdemeanor or a fine like they actually deserve perhaps they would be able to get their justice.

this so much this. I place the blame squarely on BLM and the left for this acquittal. If they did not create such a racially charged hostile environment at that time then the prosecutor may have been able to give the charge that she could have proven instead of the politically correct charge they wanted.

Now thanks to double jeapardy they get nothing.

the general consensus from my (white) friends back in Balto. is that the prosecutor was a greenhorn and way over-charged.

Then why has she also lost two lesser charged cases?

Why did she say this case was the surest to win?

There never was a case. They tried to hide the exculpatory evidence of the witness.

Something that was part of the judicial process wasn't acceptable to all the rioters in Ferguson with the Michael Brown case. We both know how those disagreeing reacted.

Do you remember when white people rioted after OJ was acquitted? Me, neither. I do remember plenty of blacks rioting when LA police officers were acquitted in the Rodney King case. See the difference? Probably not.

The whole Mike Brown incident can be squarly blamed on the liberal media. They published a complete lie, that Brown had his hands in the air, and was executed by Wilson.

The facts of the case were completely different. And it turned out he (brown) was assaulting Wilson, and never had his hands up.

I love how these people play the Po-lease for their problems, when really the problem is a lack of family structure, and lack of respect for authority.

blacks are very low on the Democrat Hierarchy of Victimization another one dead wont matter much to them.:)

As long as they keep getting 90% of their vote they won't give 2 shits about them.

They are nothing but useful idiots to these people.

Did the rioters leave? They are still there threatening the courtroom if they dare let these "pigs" go free.

In fact some of the largest riots in US history happened After the acquittal of officers.

What on Earth are you talking about? No one was threatening the courtroom and after the verdict was announced there were no riots.

rioters and other pressures like that caused the prosecutor to overcharge. Instead of having a winnable case she got nothing. Congrats BLM!

Bullshit.
She thought the charges were good.
Don't worry though, there will still be civil actions brought.

Guess you didn't see the mobs of black people screaming and hollering outside after the verdict. Saying, "This system SUCKS!"

Please clarify. Because, what it seems like you're saying here is that you think black people exercising their constitutional rights is threatening.

we think it causes pressure on the people in the system to do their jobs terribly. Like this prosecutor. She could have charged something winnable but went with something to satisfy the crowd.

Plus; this is usually what happens, when people are looking for VENGENCE instead of JUSTICE.

Should blacks be able to block someone's right to travel because they're protesting? Should blacks be able to riot and burn businesses because they're protesting?
