Omar Mateen

I don't discount that at all. I just disagree w/ the basic premise that Islam lends itself MORE to radicalization. Other religions have had just as much radicalization in a more historical sense.

It's clear that there are other factors - poverty, lack of education, etc.

How many impoverished Central American Christians are trying to get here and murder innocent people?

Like I said, you have a point. But to compare modern day Christianity with Islam, in terms of violent acts committed in their name, is not logical. Historically Christianity was indeed violent as was Islam. Today, however, Islam is the guerrilla warfare.

I think those countries in general are very backwards, in terms of human rights, education, poverty, etc. It lends itself to a lot of what we're seeing with ISIS.

Christianity has as much blood on its hands historically as any religion - and as much imperialism and "superiority."

and you were stupid enough to ask where the lie was......you want to talk about those who really have blood on their hands talk about atheists.....

That ain't no lie. And atheists have been violent too. We in general have a lot of violence in our history, and there is a lot of violence in world history.

As usual, you have no information to support you. You're not a big "info" guy.

Pagans were violent historically. Atheists were violent last century. Actually, atheists took the cake in the efficient killing department.

No one is exempt, historically.

enough to point out your arguments stem from bigotry instead of truth.....

I don't consider the 11th century to be relevant......sorry.....if you want to hang your hat on that I welcome you to make a fool of yourself.......

What are you even talking about?

That's why you're better off staying in the present day.

Irrelevant bullshit.....its the old, tired, worn out crap of 'but they did too'.......

Islam has been barbaric from its inception...they haven't changed beliefs....they are the same beliefs now as the were hundreds of years ago.....
