I meant to have said; six years of Nixon and six MORE years of Vietnam.
Had RFK lived , he would have won against Nixon. The war would have ended much sooner.

I would be curious to know if RFK would have been willing to have an exit plan which allowed for South Vietnam to be easy fodder for the North, or if he would have tried to slowly ease-out the way Nixon tried to do. Probably no aerial assault on the Ho Chi Minh Trail, at least...

You may request that the moderators disable the feature on your account if you are getting saturated/spammed with groans. Legion Fag and IHA are two such posters whom you cannot thank or groan.
