Hasn't Trump been involved in around 3,500 lawsuits?
I wonder if he protested about the ethnic identities of the judges in all those cases.
I was asked to do one against him, I turned it down. I read the other day where Trump lost it.
Our local State Attorney prosecuted the daughter of a very prominent local community member for DUI. The guy got so upset that he hired airplanes to fly above the Courthouse with a banner accusing the State Attorney of being unfair and biased. It was horse shit, but when you are blind to the reality of your court case, and you are a person used to getting your way...

The only way this country lets us pick our own judges is if we buy them. What is Drumpf's problem? Doesn't he even respect the American way? Don Blankenship would be glad to tell him how he managed to oust West Virginia Supreme Court Justice Warren McGraw. A measley 3 million dollars and vicious attack ads that claimed that McGraw was one of the justices on the majority opinion that eventually released a sex offender. Of course, the pending appeal of a $50 million judgement against Blankenship's company was overturned with the help of the newly implanted justice in a 3 to 2 vote. That's a profit of $47 million. Donald, get with it.

I don't know, but I do know that a coal mining executive managed to replace a WV Supreme Court Justice (that was supported by the workers) with a coal mining executive (an accountant). He used a Willie Horton type attack (racist and misleading), just like Drumpf has perfected. It never fails to amaze me how hard working people can vote completely against their own interests, if their emotions are properly masturbated.

Trump cruelly told those poor people that he was going to get the mines reopened and all of them full employment mining coal the old fashioned way again.
I think there is more than enough prima facie evidence that the judge is biased that the discussion can be had.
Judge Curiel belongs to the La Raza Lawyers Association, which has pushed many pro illegal immigration policies. The main website even links to the National Council of La Raza.
Judge Curiel has even sat on scholarship committees which flaunted the fact that it gave scholarships to illegal immigrants.
Judge Curiel has allowed the case to continue for far longer than it should, given the fact that the original plaintiff backed out after evidence came to light that she had given positive reviews, in both written and video form, of Trump University. He allowed the law firm to find a new plaintiff instead of closing the case.
Judge Curiel, in an attempt to release documents to the Washington Post, ended up "doxxing" the personal information of many innocent Trump University students, probably thanks to his carelessness and haste.
The law firm representing the plaintiff has donated over $600,000 to Hillary Clinton since 2009. This lawfirm was appointed by the judge.
Notice also that this is a civil case. Normally only criminal cases survive the plaintiff dropping out. Civil cases usually have to start over with a different plaintiff.

if it was a random latino judge who does not have the affiliations that this judge has then there would be no problem.
