This thread is nothing more than kudos for a strategy. I've said similar of conservative politicians for other kinds of strategies, even if I don't agree w/ them. And I don't pretend to be a conservative or Republican. If I vote major party, it's usually Democrat, but I'm far more purple and don't consider myself a Democrat.
You clearly have an intense bias when it comes to Hillary. I'm not a Hillary fan; I will not vote for her. This thread is a comment on what I thought was a shrewd move. Trump is now on the defensive, and the doubts about his temperament are starting to take root. It's her best strategy, given her weaknesses.

trump is not on the defensive. He's barely a few points behind in NJ and he's leading oregon from the latest polls. Will it hold? I don't know, but he is in a very dominant position right now by every standard measure. Clinton giving a speech isn't going to change the playing field. If trump gives a speech will that mean clinton is on the defensive? Will everytime a candidate give a speech does that mean they automatically won something? It's ridiculously amateur hour with you when you talk of this stuff.
