Islam retards intellectual growth

It's interesting to arrive at that pretty anti-intellectual conclusion on a thread where you're trumpeting the superiority of western intellect.

Poor conclusion; you need to compare Muslims with non-Muslims in America, or something like that. A place w/ the same educational system.

The IQs of the Muslim populations in non-Muslim countries tend to be lower than those of the majority population (Lynn, 2008a). In the Netherlands, the mean IQ of Turks is 83, of Moroccans 81, and Indonesians 94 (Lynn, 2008a). Mackintosh (2007) reported that in the United Kingdom Pakistanis score 4 to 6 IQ points below the Indians.

It is unlikely that this can be attributed entirely to minority status. The Chinese are a minority in many countries of the world and yet obtain higher mean IQs than the majority populations

No significant conclusion. The whole point is that the educational system ensures the outcome.

Once upon a time they valued education to promote accomplishment. But along came Mo and all that got thrown out.

Say what? That's not only bigoted its ignorant of history. Islam was promoting advanced education, math, science, literature and arts back when Christian society didn't even know when to take a bath.

In your rush to bigotry did consider that the difference in scores may be due to cultural bias in the testing or maybe religion, Islam, isn't the culprit but cultural conservatism is?

Looks to me you've drawn a conclusion and are only looking at information that supports your conclusion.

So let me ask you this, what is your IQ and your educational attainment?
