My husband will fix the economy

We had this debate back in the 90's. People don't vote the The First Lady or first husband or whatever into office---it's not even an office. It's the person who happens to be married to whomever gets elected and they should stick whatever it is they do besides setting national policy.

Hillary basically said during Bill's first campaign you are getting a two for one so it's not like voters weren't aware she was going to be an active participate.

Why doesn't Bill just go ahead and run if he's going to be doing the heavy lifting? The economy is a huge issue.

If it makes you feel less stupid to pretend it was a rhetorical question, have at it, knock yourself out, lol.

Dude, I've been debating politics online practically since 'online' became a word. If you think I didn't know Bill Clinton couldn't run for president twice, you're a bigger idiot than I thought you were, lol.

Weren't there at least 2 government "shut downs" during his terms? That the GOP actually took credit for? And let's face it, without the tech bubble and a GOP congress, clinton wouldn't have "fixed" dooky.
