So what if Saudi Arabia attacked Israel today, drove then into the see, forcibly annexed Israel, and expelled the Jews?
Would that be the Holy See?
So what if Saudi Arabia attacked Israel today, drove then into the see, forcibly annexed Israel, and expelled the Jews?
Well in that case shut the fuck up about the Falklands twat! Whilst you are about it can you also shut the fuck up about the Green Line as well??
But Israel didn't gain it by force; because the Palestrina's lost it when they attempted to use force to gain territory.
They gambled and lost.
Tough shit.
You've got to know when too hold them
You've got to know when too fold them.
I take it that you accept that Israel has no entitlement to any Occupied Palestinian Territories and that modern law prevails.
Israel's pre-1967 borders reflected the deployment of Israeli and Arab forces on the ground after Israel's War of Independence in 1948. Professor Judge Stephen M. Schwebel, the former President of the International Court of Justice clarified in his writings Justice in International Law that the 1949 armistice demarcation lines are not permanent borders: "The armistice agreements of 1949 expressly preserved the territorial claims of all parties and did not purport to establish definitive boundaries between them."[1]
United Nations Security Resolution 54 (July 15, 1948) called upon the Arabs to accept a truce and stop their aggression:
.
"Taking into consideration that the Provisional Government of Israel has indicated its acceptance in principle of a prolongation of the truce in Palestine; that the States members of the Arab League have rejected successive appeals of the United Nations Mediator, and of the Security Council in its resolution 53 (1948) of 7 July 1948, for the prolongation of the truce in Palestine; and that there has consequently developed a renewal of hostilities in Palestine."[2]
The demarcation line that emerged in the aftermath of the war was drawn up under the auspices of United Nations mediator Dr. Ralph Johnson Bunche. That new boundary largely reflected the ceasefire lines of 1949 and was labeled the "Green Line" merely because a green pencil was used to draw the map of the armistice borders.

So what if Saudi Arabia attacked Israel today, drove then into the see, forcibly annexed Israel, and expelled the Jews? War is war right, so it would all be good.
Can't be done. Gaining territory by force is not possible under modern law.
Fool. Modern law is not applied retrospectively.
Wrong on all counts. You're a recognized imbecile.
The Palestinians will utilize the law and their right to self-defense to force the fascists to withdraw. Territory cannot be gained by force. It's illegal.
Again I point out that the Green Line was not set in stone in 1949, only useful idiots like you claim otherwise.
Hey Slingshot, cede means give up not take.
I'm not shocked some Paleshitstain didn't know that.
You've got the wrong event and the wrong year, numbnuts. Palestine was legally partitioned in 1947.
The Green Line is an armistice line which has RECENTLY been accepted as the border of the Palestinian state by the overwhelming majority of United nations member states. It doesn't matter a hoot where the Israelis claim their border to be- and up to now they've had the sense not to try to claim any border at all. It will be imposed according to the principles of international law by which we are ALL obliged to live. There cannot be any exceptions made for neoZionist fascists nor their Western arse-lickers.

On 24 February the Israel–Egypt Armistice Agreement was signed in Rhodes.[SUP][1][/SUP]
The main points of the armistice agreement were:
- The Armistice Demarcation Line is not to be construed in any sense as a political or territorial boundary, and is delineated without prejudice to rights, claims and positions of either Party to the Armistice as regards ultimate "settlement of the Palestine question".
- The armistice demarcation line was drawn for the most part along the 1922 international border between Egypt and Mandatory Palestine, except near the Mediterranean Sea, where Egypt remained in control of a strip of land along the coast, which became known as the Gaza Strip.
- The Egyptian forces besieged in the Faluja Pocket were allowed to return to Egypt with their weapons, and the area was handed over to Israeli military control.[SUP][6][/SUP]
- A zone on both sides of the border around 'Uja al-Hafeer was to be demilitarized, and became the seat of the bilateral armistice committee.
I am referring to the 1949 Armistice Agreement which the Arabs and Israelis both signed!![]()
I know full well what you're referring to, plonker- and that's why I've pointed out that you've got the wrong agreement. 181 is the current legal definition of borders- and the Green Line is a generous suggestion on the part of the world community. The fascists should not look a gift horsie in the gob.
Shelling a wheatfield is, of course, just another example of brutal fascist spite.
It is brutally simple to anyone but you, the Arabs wouldn't accept Resolution 181 so thought they could drive out the hated Jews, however they totally failed and ended up in an even worse situation. They attempted the same thing in 1967 and 1973, and got their arses whipped yet again. Jordan couldn't stand the PLO either and kicked them out but I don't hear you bellyaching about that though, I wonder why? I have no skin in this game apart from presenting the facts, however it is perfectly obvious to me that you are a partisan hack that just regurgitates horseshit endlessly.
It wouldn't have mattered, Tory tosser, if the Arab League had occupied Israel. They would have had to have given it back. Again- because you really are a thicko- territory cannot be gained by force. It's the law.
Since all you have are your FEELINGS, you should seek a safe place to cry in.
Might I suggest your Hamas lovers arms.
Territory cannot be ' ceded ' without the approval of populations- and it would take a wanking twerp to think that Palestine hasn't been occupied by force. What a good job that we've got you handy.
I think they overdid your ECT, fecal-brain.
They would have had to give it back!!! Are you fucking smoking crack?
It's been shown to you and you still don't acknowledge the truth.
pretty much. even the bombing of schools/houses are all shown as necessary evils by the Israelis.According to Israel’s version of events — reported without being questioned by the Western media — the latest attacks on Gaza were necessary to detect tunnels that Israel regards as threatening to its security. It is hard, though, to imagine what threat a small farmer like Um Hani could have posed to a state with as many weapons as Israel has in its arsenal
