Factories in this liberal state (Mass) have been busted by ICE and the owners fined severely and or jailed for having hundreds of illegal workers.
Illegal labor is also flagrantly used in construction and landscape.
Agriculture has (IMHO) the only righteous claim due to the nature of the short harvest time and the FACT that most Americans cannot or will not perform such hard work.

Under the Supremacy Clause federal labor laws exist in all fifty states. Sorry. Hiring illegals is illegal.

it maybe illegal -and I don't recall any states claiming otherwise; but it surely happens.
But it's not as common as people thing either with mega-hoteliers..

all these statements (sic) vary -it's very difficult to come up with absolutes, except the absolute failure of Congress to tackle this

I get the illegals working here, what I was trying to say is large hoteliers do check immigration status.
Small one's not so much.

You want to ignore Senator Jeff Sessions from Alabama and Democrtatic Senator Guitiarez from IL who is 100% pro illegal.
