Are minorities who get elected always going to face this accusation? That by their election, said minority has somehow "taken over" the polity in question? This is absurdly racist. I don't even know what to say.

only muslims. If blacks "take over" a city then so what. They are still american and will govern it according to laws etc etc same with hispanic americans. If muslims do it then they might explode the city.

Sadiq Khan is fairly moderate although he has been associated with some fairly unsavoury characters in the past. Seeing as you are going to attempt to use the tired old meme of white nationalism to discredit others, I will use brown people like Ayaan Hirsi Ali instead! Here is an incredibly brave woman that speaks the truth and because of that has to have bodyguards 24/7 because of all the death threats made against her.
