That's been kind of my point. The election isn't today and Trump has made little or no effort to make an overture to blacks, thus far. People are making the point Trumps numbers are in the tank with blacks, but right now isn't November.
I'll be very, very surprised if Trump doesn't move those numbers up between now and then. How much is the question.

There's a reason WV went against Obama twice. If Obama couldn't legislate coal out of business he was going to regulate it out of business and he kept his promise. Cheap natural gas factors in, obviously. But even without it, the state would still have lost thousands of good paying coal jobs under Obama.
Then Hillary comes along and promises more of the same. All for the sake of a liberal piety [global warming].
Not all blue collar workers are miners, but they can plainly see that Hillary will put ideology before jobs---and theirs might be next.

Its not TRUMP that has Latio's voting democrat.....its the obvious NANNY STATE benefits being sold by the democrats in order to purchase votes. Its a corrupt system. The right to vote should be reserved only to those who CONTRIBUTE to the TAX SYSTEM....no one should be able to vote for a living. Is it any wonder that Black's constantly vote at a 90% rate for the FREE SHIT? some really smart people I've talked to say man caused global warming is really a problem, and can be controlled.
I have no idea if that is true or not..I do think Congress needs to weigh in on this..

depends where the latinos are registering. if a bulk of that number is coming from california it's less of an issue than say if it were in ohio. people just see raw%'s and never figure how that will apply demographically on an electoral map.

Well, good governance in a republic doesn't entail the executive branch ruling like a dictator and deciding for everyone else what policies and regulations come into effect. Congress exists for a reason. There's the sense in many parts of the country that people have no control over their own government. WV is one of those places.
