Now, I love inshore fishing, I love a calm inland saltwater area to bait hooks and try to outsmart the snook, I love hooking up and reeling it to the boat, I love eating what I catch. I am not going to try to judge the guy who prefers to go offshore.

Sure, making murder illegal attempts to deny freedom, freedom to Murder. I simply do not believe in denying anyone freedom unless their actions directly harm someone in a material way.

Nice attempt to avoid a question.

You support social welfare. That denies the freedom of someone that earns the money taken to fund it from spending it their way.

You would deny someone the right to own specific types of guns even if nothing they've ever done has harmed a single person.

You support social security which denies those of us that would rather invest our money in other ways from doing so.

Those are more diffuse than taking away a direct freedom, but you have a point. I would argue that social welfare, denial of certain rights to own assault rifles and social security lead to more freedom than less.
