april 29 2016 Earl Champagne, 47, of Willingboro, admitted Friday in Camden federal court to stealing 72 tax refund checks while working as a mail carrier on his route in Pennsauken, the U.S. Attorney’s Office announced. The U.S. Postal worker from 1995 until November 2014 committed the thefts totaling $442,776 between March and July during his last year of employment.

Prosecutors said Champagne stole U.S. Treasury checks for two unnamed co-conspirators. The individuals — one from Maple Shape and the other from Merchantville — asked Champagne to retrieve checks and the postal worker would in turn be paid.

The mail carrier received $50 a pop for every stolen check.

I would love to see a link that demonstrates that "most black postal workers are illiterate ex-cons ".
If you can not back up your assertion then we will have to chalk it up to just another racist comment with no basis in fact from TDAK.

Most, that would have to mean over 50% correct?
I believe that is just a bogus statistic you made up because you are a racist.
