Job growth, after a slow start, is on a record-breaking run, and the unemployment rate has fallen to 5 percent from 7.8 percent when Obama took office. (It peaked at 10 percent nine months later.)

Housing, the spark that lit the recession’s fire, is recovering: Construction is up, home prices are rising and millions of homeowners are no longer “underwater” on their mortgages.

GDP has surpassed its prerecession peak.

Household finances are on a firm footing today due to low interest rates, a strong stock market and rising incomes.

I keep hearing that he "destroyed America" and "killed jobs".

The economic news seems to contradict those claims, doesn't it?

If he can be blamed for the bad economic news, he certainly can be hailed for the good.

They cling to the contradictory beliefs that Obama is weak, but has the power to force hordes of economists, journalists, and bureaucrats to falsify economic reports (but only when the news is good, for some reason).

Right "he" created "jobs".....:palm: That's the reason this nation's job/labor force has fallen to its lowest level in over 38 years....would you remind us again who was in office 38 years ago? Now show us the "left wing" excuses for the BIG LIE that Obama has CREATED JOBS. 1. People retired by freewill, (sure they did when they could not find a JOB to support their lifestyle), 2. Its a Demographic "thing"......not all American's COUNT AS AMERICAN'S SEEKING WORK....like those that have exhausted their unemployment benefits that have been extended to an all time high....and had to take PART TIME WORK because of Obama Care mandates. YADA, YADA, YADA.......

The one thing Barry Obamy has accomplished....More people than ever in history are dependent upon Government Handouts in order to survive in "HIS ECONOMY"...even those with Obamy Jobs (underpaid and part time) qualify for FOOD STAMPS.

Yep....THE US IS IN GREAT SHAPE. Let's all go out and vote for more LIBERAL IDEAS and extend the "greatness". I always wanted to take a Government Paid.....VACATION from the WORKFORCE. Now we are depending upon you recent College Grads to go out and find work, and pay all the taxes you can....you know paid vacations are not CHEAP....and FYI.....make sure to pay the hell out of your OBAMA CARE OBLIGATIONS...I might get sick while I'm on paid permanent leave...and make sure that I can purchase more with my Federal Debit Food Stamp card....I might have to sell a few groceries at half price in order to fund my smoke habit....and while you're at it...try like hell to lower the co pay on Government Funded sripts....its getting harder and harder to Doctor Shop in order to support my other source of Income...Friendly Neighborhood Drug Dealer...all paid for by Big Brother.
