Now that a judge branded him “a serial child molester,” Dennis Hastert must prepare to serve his 15-month prison sentence.

Once he’s out, the former House speaker must participate in a sex-offender program that could include lie-detector and other tests to determine how many children he’s molested in his lifetime.

The man who for eight years was second in the line of succession to the presidency must submit to sex-offender treatment after he’s released, Durkin said. The idea behind the practice is to reduce the danger sex offenders pose.

A lie-detector test would seek to determine how many times Hastert sexually abused kids and over what time period, Chicago attorney Terry Ekl explained.

“If you find out there were victims just 40 years ago or throughout his life, that would affect his treatment.” Similar tests could include a device called a penile plethysmograph, which gauges a known molester’s physical reaction to specific images.

Judge Durkin said one good option would be a prison outside Rochester, Minnesota. It holds Jared Lee Loughner, who is serving a life term for killing six people in the 2011 shooting that targeted former Arizona Rep. Gabby Giffords.

Mel Reynolds (D- Ill) was indicted for sexual assault and abuse of a 16 year old campaign volunteer. He won election after the indictment. As expected, he played the race card. He was convicted on 12 counts of sexual assault and solicitation of child porn in 1995. In 2001, Jesse Jackson hired him to work for Rainbow/PUSH promoting efforts to reduce the number of black males going to prison. Yes, that's the same Jesse Jackson that fathered a bastard child while counseling Bill Clinton during the Monica Lewinsky case.

Seems Mel continued his criminal activity by failing to file income tax returns for 4 years between 2009 and 2012. He failed to show for his arraignment.

Mel considered a run for the same 2nd District from which he resigned and that had been vacated by another criminal, Jesse Jackson, Jr.

At 17 they are not called children dumbass. They are called MINORS. Pedophilia occurs when the child is age 13 or younger. It is not pedophilia when the person is 17.

Also, it most certainly is not pedophilia when they are 17, it is statutory rape.

Where did you get that definition? I can't find one that mentions legal age of majority.
