1. unfavorable does not necessarily translate to "i wont vote for"

2. this is an election where the opposing candidate also has high unfavorable numbers (albeit not as high as trump...)

3. some of those unfavorable are from butthurt cruz supporters that will ultimately suck it up and vote for him anyway.

Trumps unfavorables among women aren't because they don't like his trade policy. They are because he is a misogynist douchebag.
That doesn't forgive easily.
