I have always suspected this would happen after the compassionate but hopelessly naive Swedes allowed in so many Muslim migrants, over 160,000, in last year. Having spoken to a few Swedes recently they are far more worldly wise now!

Sweden has the second highest 'ISIS fighters per capita' in the EU, with intelligence services identifying around 300 who have left the country to join jihadists in the Middle East since 2013.

160,000 Syrian (sic) refugees?
That is an amazing amount -and there is no way they could be vetted. Here ( asides from Trump's "no Muslims") there is significant pushback on even the 50,000 proposed -and to be truthful -how do you vet anyone from Syria/Afgan?

wow. just wow. we have our own problems with central American refugees - but not those crazy open borders of Europe

In January this year, Denmark and Sweden imposed border controls to restrict the number of migrants coming into their countries—the latest blow to the EU’s passport-free travel zone.

Well that's the point, many weren't Syrian anyway as the Swedes just let everybody in at first without proper checks. Many of those migrants threw their documents away so that their ethnicity and origin couldn't be checked. It is actually a lot worse than that, the vast majority ended up in southern Sweden in places like Gothenburg, Malmö, Upsalla and Stockholm. Think if, proportionately speaking, an extra 4.8 million people mostly Muslim, arrived in the US in the course of a year, what do you think would happen? Imagine also that the vast majority ended in an area roughly the size of Ohio.

More than half of suspected Islamist extremists on watch lists live in London - particularly in the east and west.

But there are other hotspots in the southeast, Manchester and the West Midlands.

According to some here on JPP we have zero to worry about and to say so is xenophobic and islamophobic
