I seriously dislike this. I do not mind her being on A bill just not this one. Pick any other president to remove. We are now in the midst of populist revolutions from both Trump and Sanders and the response of Washington is to replace the one populist president we have had. They could pick any other bill including george washington and i would be ok with it.

Jackson was easily the least deserving person on the currency, give or take Grant (at least the currency Grant was on isn't circulated much). There are plenty of people that are less polarizing and more worthy.

Whoever we put on the bill will be there for decades, this election will be over in a year. I don't really see why this election should have anything to do with anything. Don't be so short term focused.

give back the states won in the american indian war and mexican american war and see where the country ends up. You would give up california texas florida some of the biggest economies.
 
Jackson founded the Democratic Party and wrecked the US economy, which crashed in 1837. Two strikes right there.
