Can you show me where the federal government has any delegated authority over marriage and healthcare?

The Constitution allows the Fed to provide for the HEALTH and safety of the people.
9th Amendment gives the Supreme Court the right to protect fundamental rights retained by the people.
14th Amendment requires the Supreme Court to require that everyone receive equal protection of any laws.
The Constitution doesn't say "healthcare" or "marriage".
Healthcare and marriage aren't rights, therefore, you have provided nothing with your 9th amendment argument.
When everyone pays EQUAL taxes and contributes EQUALLY to society, get back to me. Until then, your argument about equal is meaningless.
