Police officials in Washington State say a man suspected of raping a 3-year-old girl at his Washington home in 2015 may be on the lam in California, and headed to Mexico.

According to Othello Police police officials, Juan Hernandez Zuniga was arrested in 2015. After he didn’t show up to a court date last month, a felony warrant was issued for his arrest.

“He is believed to be in California and possibly heading to Mexico,” Othello police said this week. “His route is unknown and there is no vehicle description at this time.”

Assistant Chief David Rehaume told Patch Zuniga has family in Mexico.

Police say they’ve alerted Border Patrol to be on the lookout for the suspected rapist but are also asking the public to keep an eye out for the man. Zuniga has brown hair and brown eyes. He is about 5 foot 6 inches tall and weighs about 180 pounds, according to police. Anyone with information about Zuniga is asked to call the local police department.

[h=2]Two illegal immigrants living in the Washington D.C. area have been arrested and charged with the kidnapping and rape of a 12-year-old Maryland girl, officials report.[/h] The Montgomery County Police Department announced the arrests of diverse migrants Enrique Carbajal, 24, and Victor Tome, 19, of Wheaton, Maryland, after a sting operation conducted via text, according to the Washington Post.

Police say Carbajal sexually assaulted the girl in her Washington D.C. home, then kidnapped the child and took her to his home in Maryland where both illegals raped the child again.

Carbajal reportedly knows the parents of the child and had called asking if he could visit her at her D.C. home. Police say the mother refused the visit but Carbajal went anyway telling the girl that her mother had given him permission to enter the home.

Police charged that Carbajal assaulted the girl at around noon on March 26 then put her in his van and took her to his home in Maryland. Carbajal is said to have then introduced the child to Tome as “fresh meat” and the two forced the girl into a bedroom and raped her again.

According to an announcement by the D.C. Metropolitan Police, Carbajal was arrested by police in the increasingly diverse Montgomery county, and charged with first degree child sexual abuse, as well as first and second-degree rape, false imprisonment, and kidnapping. There is also a possibility the child was driven to Alexandria, Virginia and raped a third time that same day.

Since one of the crimes allegedly occurred in diverse Washington D.C., Carbajal is awaiting extradition back to the capital city. Both men are being held on a $500,000 bond.

Police in Alexandria have been investigating a similar crime and are looking into the possibility that the pair are involved in crimes in their jurisdiction. Immigration officials are also holding the suspects on a immigration detainers.

[h=2]Three illegal aliens from El Salvador have been charged in the gang rape of three young girls under the age of fourteen. The rapes allegedly occurred in Jasper County, Indiana.[/h] Yontan Ramirez-Diaz, 20, Edwin Marquina-Valesquez, 26, and Melvin Ramirez-Morales, 20, allegedly picked up three young girls in neighboring White County and drove them to a motel located in Jasper County, Fox 59’s Kylee Wierks reported. The two counties are located northwest of Kokomo, Indiana.

Officials with the Jasper County Sheriff’s Department said the men repeatedly raped and assaulted the girls for several hours in the motel room. The alleged assault continued for at least one of the young girls in the suspect’s car after they all left the motel.

The three illegal aliens were living in Monon, Indiana, in White County, according to a press release from the Jasper County Sheriff’s Department published by the Jasper County News.

The Monon Town Marshal was called to a local school guidance counselor who reported the outcry statement from two of the girls who had been assaulted. The allegations were reported to Jasper County where the rapes allegedly took place and a criminal investigation began.

Law enforcement investigators from Jasper and White Counties along with the Monon Police Department worked together to gather evidence including video and forensics found at the motel. The girls had been taken to the Rensselaer Motel, the sheriff’s statement revealed. During the investigation, the third victim was identified. The investigation began on April 6.

By April 8, the detectives had identified the three El Salvadorian men as the suspects in the crime and began a multi-department search leading to their arrests.

Video evidence revealed a white Honda Civic the suspects were driving.

The search for the three men on April 8 lasted about six hours. All three suspects were found in different parts of the town of Monon. The white 2007 Honda Civic was also found and seized as evidence, the statement continued.

Indiana State Police Crime Scene Technicians also assisted the investigation by processing the motel room and the Honda. While the investigation remains on-going, the three men are charged as follows:

Yonatan Ramirez-Diaz was charged with the following: Level 1 Felony – Sexual Misconduct with Minor by Force; Level 3 Felony – Rape When Compelled by Force or Threat; Level 5 Felony – Criminal Confinement with Victim under 14 Years of Age; and Level 6 Felony – Strangulation

Edwin Marquina-Valesquez was charged with the following; Level 1 Felony – Child Molesting Defendant is at least 21 Years of Age; Level 3 Felony – Rape When Victim is Unaware of Actions; Level 3 Felony – Rape When Compelled by Force or Threat; and Level 5 Felony – Criminal Confinement, Victim under 14 Years of Age

Melvin Ramirez-Morales was charged with the following; Level 3 Felony – Child Molesting; Level 3 Felony – Rape When Victim is Unaware of Actions; Level 3 Felony – Rape When Compelled by Force or Threat; and Level 5 Felony – Criminal Confinement Victim Under 14 Years of Age

Ramirez-Diaz and Marquina-Valesques are currently being held on $1,000,000.00 Surety or $100,000.00 Cash bond, the sheriff’s statement continues. Ramirez-Morales is being held on an $800,000.00 Surety or $80,000.00 Cash bond.

Further investigation of the men revealed they had entered the country illegally. ICE officials have placed a detainer on all three of the men.

The mother of a recent college graduate who was killed by an illegal immigrant who later absconded after posting bail and remains at large, offered emotional testimony Tuesday before a House panel.

Michelle Root, the mother of 21-year old Sarah Root, spoke about the devastation of losing her daughter at the hands of Eswin Mejia, an illegal immigrant who killed Root while street-racing drunk. Mejia was able to flee when Immigration and Customs Enforcement declined to detain him and he was able to post bail.

“Eswin spent four days in jail and is believed to have fled the country,” Michelle Root said. “He posted $5,000 bond, which was less than the cost it was to bury my daughter Sarah. Because of the lack of controls, the police, immigration, U.S. Marshals and law enforcement have little or no information on his whereabouts.”

Root testified before the Immigration and Border Security Subcommittee, alongside Laura Wilkerson, the mother of Josh Wilkerson — who was tortured and murdered by an illegal immigrant — at a hearing examining the victims of illegal immigrant crime.

“Eswin was not a stranger to law enforcement and failed to honor his legal obligations for minortraffic infractions, prior to killing my daughter,” she said. “Now a failed local judicial system that set his bail too low coupled with flawed Obama administration policies have rewarded the illegal and punished my family and hampered law enforcement in their investigations.”

Mejia is now on ICE’s Most Wanted List.

[h=2]HOUSTON, Texas — The man who allegedly killed a pastor and his wife while he was reported to be street racing is in the U.S. illegally, officials say. The illegal alien from Mexico surrendered to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) on Friday morning.[/h] During the booking intake, authorities discovered that Alexis De Larosa Sosa, 21, is a Mexican national who entered the United States illegally, HCSO public information officer Ryan Sullivan confirmed in a phone interview with Breitbart Texas.

“His intake form says: U.S. citizen, no; Alien Status, illegal,” Sullivan told this reporter.

De Larosa Sosa was wanted in connection with a street racing crash where Pastor Jesse Estrada Sabillon, and his wife, Maria Sabillon, were killed. The couple was driving home Tuesday night after visiting their niece who had just given birth to a baby when they were struck by the truck.

The suspect is reported to have fled the scene following the crash and did not turn himself in until Friday morning at about 10 a.m. local time. He was allegedly driving a 2006 Chevy pick-up truck and was said to be racing with dark colored Dodge Challenger or Charger, the Houston Chronicle reported on Wednesday. The two vehicles were said to be racing along the Sam Houston Tollway feeder road when De Larosa Sosa is reported to have run a red light striking the 2004 BMW 330 (pictured above) driven by Sabillon. The couple were both pronounced dead at the scene of the crash. De Larosa Sosa is said to have fled the scene on foot. The driver of the Dodge fled the scene in his vehicle.

Officials with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office quickly notified the family of the pastor who expressed relief at the news, the Houston Chronicle reported earlier on Friday.

De Larosa Sosa is currently processing into the Harris County jail and has not yet made a court appearance. He is expected to be charged in connection with the two homicides and fleeing the scene of the fatal accident.
