are we saying that if the prosecutors dont proceed then the party is guilty? or the matter is never resolved?

What happened to the presumption of innocence? Should the accused have to go to court to prove their innocence even when the prosecutors say they do not have enough evidence?

Which shouldn't have been surprising, given the video evidence. aren't we getting along?......at least as well as the dimmocrats.......did you hear Bernie made a $1000 contribution to Hillary's campaign yesterday?......unfortunately she didn't get out of her limo to pick it up off the street........

I don't know, but whoever it is will inherit a mess.

Fields is either an opportunist and/or an aggressive journalist that put herself in a position many journalists wouldn't. And/or means they aren't mutually exclusive concepts.

This is a dead horse, but here goes lol. Had CL grabbed Fields by the arm [with the possible intent to throw her to the ground. You can't really tell from the video, we have to take Fields' word on that] in any other situation she would have a case.

It's the context. Think about it, trying walking past Hillary's secret service people, then extend your arm our towards her as if to stop her and see what happens. Granted, you're a woman so it's possible nothing much would happen, then again, you might get grabbed too lol. Myself or any man with a lick of common sense wouldn't dare attempt that.

You just don't do that. And yeah, with Fields' track record of being involved in somewhat similar controversies I think she saw an opportunity to 'become the news' instead of covering it.

And it worked. We'll see if she lands that Fox News babe job now lol. If she gets it, she should take CL out for dinner.
