It's in the video lol. The dude behind Fields is an agent assigned to Trump and he would have been well within his 'rights' if you will, to grab Fields just like Trumps buddy did.

Piers Morgan even agrees with me. Clearly, Fields put herself in a position to where being grabbed lol, was a possibility. Which is fine, but don't go crying about it when it happens. She was either looking to score some cheap media attention herself [think: jumping from Brietbart to Fox News] or she's fresh out of college and misses her safe zone lol.

No matter how you slice it this little dust-up never had a chance to go to court because the facts weren't on her side. Also, Trump was right in not being browbeat into firing his campaign manager over it.

The video showed that Lewandowski grabbed Fields by the arm. She also had the bruises to prove it. According to Findlaw that's a battery. It was just her bad luck that CL had a lot of money on his side.

According to Fields, he yanked her down although she did claim she maintained her balance. Video says otherwise.
