President Paul Ryan?

There is growing interest and thought about Paul Ryan coming out of the Convention as the nominee. I don't know how likely it is, but it seems as likely as just about any other outcome at this point.

What are your thoughts?

Do you think this is a reasonable likely outcome?

Would you support Ryan over Trump or Cruz?

If Ryan is the nominee, would you vote for him?

Even if you are voting for Clinton, would you be comfortable with a president Ryan?
wishful thinking. The GOP is in a Catch-22 situation. If either of its two front runners are nominated it will be catastrophic for the GOP and if they choose someone at a brokered convention other than the two front runners it will be catastrophic for the GOP.

Life's a bitch man.

I don't think Bernie has what it takes to beat the Republican nominee, whoever he is........
The data says otherwise. That the public would choose a Democratic Socialist before they would vote for either a cynical opportunist like Trump or a intransigent and inflexible right wing fanatic like Cruz. Jarod is right. You're delusional.

I honestly think Trump deserves the nomination. No politician has done such incredible job of out maneuvering his opponents for the GOP nomination since Lincoln out maneuvered Chase and Seward.

The Republican Party as it is currently constructed deserves to die. Been saying that for years. I am thrilled

Shit if Shrillary wins and Congress stays the say there will be obstruction on top of obstruction.

I am happy when washington DC does nothing.
you may get your wish and with a decent probability that Clinton may be a one term President.

Be careful what you ask for you may get it.

Cruz and Kasich won't support an outside candidate, which would be needed.
Its a little more complicated than that. The party and its delegates have to answer to the candidates supporters. If they try to nominate someone other than Trump or Cruz there will be major consequences for the GOP.

If they have any integrity they will bite the bullet and nominate Trump.

Only one front runner.

I think you guys have forgotten all about the electoral system.......five swing states say no to Bernie and Trump is president.......

No, thank you. I was done with Ryan after Biden ate his lunch in the 2012 VP debate.

Talk of an outsider candidate is pointless to me. Romney and company offer nothing that Kasich doesn't already bring to the table. He has proven his popularity in Ohio, which is key. Suppose he goes on to win in Pennsylvania and some northeast states such as Connecticut, Rhode Island, Delaware, and Maryland? If Trump continues to freefall after Wisconsin, he would be the beneficiary in NY.

The smart money does the opposite of what PiMP predicts.

Remember when his home state was for sure going to Romney in 2012? A prediction he made on the eve of the election despite all the polling data that showed the opposite.

He suffers from a condition many conservatives suffer from, an inability to separate what he wishes were true from reality.

hey, who would have expected more people would vote for Obama in Detroit than lived there.......I'm just saying it may not be wise to place bets on Hillary to win when you don't even know if she'll be on trial before then......
