Can Trump the Supposed Great Negotiator work out a deal with the RNC?

Donald Trump made a surprise visit to the headquarters of the Republican National Committee in Washington on Thursday, where he met with party chairman Reince Priebus.

He claims to be such a great negotiator, but so far he doesn't seem to be negotiating with the RNC or delegates. Perhaps he now sees that was in error.

And how many delegates must a nominee have to win the nomination ?

Trump wants to fundamentally change the rnc way of life by returning control to people.
He is giving them a chance to survive this change. They dont want to change and are considering whether they can survive.
