Hell yes. It's not fair that women presently get to decide by themselves if the fetus lives or dies. If they choose birth the man has to pay.!! That needs to change.

march 4 2016 Men who don’t want to become fathers should be permitted to have a “legal abortion” up to the 18th week of a woman’s pregnancy, say the young liberals.

The cut-off date coincides with the last week in which a woman can terminate a pregnancy in Sweden.

“This means a man would renounce the duties and rights of parenthood,” LUF Väst chairman Marcus Nilsen told The Local.

By signing up for a “legal abortion” then, a man would not have to pay maintenance for his child, but neither would he have any right to meet the child.

i mean this seems very obvious to me. If it's a woman's sole responsibility and choice... then she should be solely responsible for the consequences. Just because a guy gets a girl pregnant, she can easily plan B the shit out of a fetus before she goes through a long terrible pregnancy. Many woman want to have their cake and eat too though. They want all the choice but still want the money and support. Not cool.

Not to mention a woman can give birth and drop the kid off to be adopted. I mean it should be a 50/50 thing with the kid, but only one party gets to decide if they can give it up or not. They have so many get out of jail clauses it's ridiculous.

Thankfully that's why we have the power move known as the falcon punch, which is heavily under utilized.

France does something interesting too... they make paternity tests illegal. Now this simultaneously can screw the guy over but can also help him.

Basically, as a guy, you can refuse to sign the birth certificate... and it's tough shit for the woman. Court can't prove you are the father.

But if you opt-in, you're fucked. You can't later say oh this kid isn't my child. So if you don't do your due diligence you could end up raising someone elses kid.

The logic is undeniable. If a man has no say in whether the human fetus survives, then why should he be responsible for it?

I didn't know that. Something like that needs to be done everywhere. It's so unfair to give women the choice but men the responsibility. 90% of court ordered child support in america is paid by men
