I remember when Libby told investigators he believed he first discussed Plame with Rove in March.....it later turned out it was in April.......he was sentenced to thirty months in jail for that.......

she was, however, under an obligation to release any emails which were NOT private.....and she didn't.....though she told a federal judge she had (documented above)......you wouldn't recognize honesty if someone branded it on your forehead......

care to identify which of those things you deny to be true?.....her statement to the federal judge was quoted in a link in this thread......it was in a Freedom of Information Act hearing in which she was ordered to release the emails........the emails have since been made public in the news.........that makes it problematic to argue that any of my three statements you quoted were wrong, don't you think?.....
