I couldn't possibly disagree with you more.

Desh makes no effort, and saying how "wronged" she has been is no excuse at all. To knee-jerk with "racist" or "liar" or "evil" as constantly as she does is absolutely indefensible. It actually is the worst of the left, particularly the wanton racism charges, which she'll throw out for even the most innocuous comments.

It's not "leaping too soon." It's her m.o. It's unacceptable. I don't accept it with ILA - why should I accept it with desh?

She is not a strong voice for the left. Whatever persuasive argument she could make is completely drowned out w/ her vitriol. Completely.

are you seriously saying that strong voices of the left require one to label people 'racist' on a daily basis, no matter how wrong they are? that they be deluded on what the founders and constitution mean?

It's not really in me when someone lies about my position on Iraq, or calls me a racist, or evil, or tries to say I'm lying.
 
The "racist" charges in particular are horrible. The left in general has to be MUCH more careful about that.

Racism is a very serious thing, and a very serious charge. Desh (and many on the left) really diminish its meaning w/ how much they throw the term around, and for what. I cringe when I see her use it as much as she does.

True. Although a bit rough around the edges evince has good instincts and judgement about who and what people here are.
Racism, overt implied and subtle is prevalent on this board among republican members. Tolerating racism on any level is an empowering racist act in and of itself and needs to be stopped..
