And let's fact check how this whole tempest in a teapot started.

Left-wing outlet Gawker has claimed responsibility for the initial tweet, saying they succeeded in "fool[ing] Trump" into retweeting the Mussolini quote. But was the quote itself really from the Fascist dictator known as 'il Duce'?
As it turns out, Donald might get the last laugh on this one.
