Manufacturer held liable for product-related death

You once again resort to deleting parts of posts that show you're a liar. You misquote people all the time.

Cite or slap yourself.

Manufacturers should put a disclaimer on their products..."think before using". Who would have ever guessed that talcum isn't good for you? Yet people generously dust it all over, then they not only slip and fall, but wonder how it could get into their bodies to do harm.

Is that the tobacco industry defense? Shifting the responsibility for a dangerous product to the consumer?

May be :). Really, people don't have any idea that stuff could possibly be bad? How about that second double burger?
Something else. Hair color. It won't be long.

So you don't use any products because they could possible be bad?

You don't think a business has any liability if their products cause illness, maim, or kill?
