Have you noticed that the liberals appear to be throwing out all kind of comments of how the Republicans are going to lose ground, in this election??
This way if one seat in Congress is lost, then can pump their fist in the air and scream - SEE, I TOLD YOU SO.

They should rename the Democrat party, the Spaghetti party; because all their doing is hoping something will stick.

The founders never said anything about maintaining a "balanced court," or replacing conservatives with conservatives. There is no moral, legal or consititutional justification for what the GOP is planning to do right now.

The selection of a justice was set up the way it is part of the system of checks & balances, to prevent tyranny of the majority. It's why there isn't a popular vote to replace justices.
