Another Republican breaks ranks on Scalia replacement.

what a miracle, Jarod destined to be happy AND no vacancies filled in 2016......constitutional crises evaded!........

Ill be happy as long as the proper process is followed and they vote.

If they vote, I think the Republicans who vote no will be slaughtered in the battleground states and we will be left with a Senate controlled by the Democrats.

and if the Republicans vote no for 10 months you will tell the voters everything is good?.......

How do you vote no for 10 months? A vote is held, the nominee is approved or not, if the nominee is not approved... another is nominated.

If they vote no on a series of nominees over the next 10 months.. Yes, I will be happy. Those Republicans from the battleground states will more easily be replaced by Democrats and the problem will be solved.

lol.....in your dreams.......

Well then; if that's the reason you want the votes, I say no votes and for that reason!! :D

Maybe it could just turn into a 10 month vetting process!! :D

Democrats are citing Article II of the Constitution about someone being appointed and hearings taking place. However, after asking many of them to show me a timeline as to when that process should take place and how long it should take, NONE have been able to do so.

personally I would think turning down his first three choices would be more fun........though the vetting process may take some time if they start out pretending they've destroyed all their emails......

Nothing says a nominee has to be confirmed. Nothing says anything about a timeline for when the process should be completed. Democrats want Obama to nominate someone and expect it to be automatically confirmed. Turning down multiple nominees would be fun and no different than what Democrats have done in the past.
