Seems you've determined that when it's a black that is in one of these situations it's automatically a wrongful act. That's a lot of speculation without any supporting evidence. Based on the last line, you seem to think that the police officer should automatically be charged. How many of those police officers went to trial? You have already convicted them yet will claim that you believe in innocent until proven guilty.

That's a lie. If someone is in jail for drugs they committed multiple offenses, or their behavior was bad in the courtroom and with police.
