He will also enact a tax on Wall Street speculators who caused millions of Americans to lose their jobs, homes, and life savings.

Higher Income Tax Rates for the Richest Americans.

The overall impact of this personal income tax plan would be to make sure that the wealthiest 2.1 percent of households in America pay their fair share.

This plan would replace the top three income tax rates (33%, 35%, and 39.6%) with more progressive rates:

37% on income between $250,000 and $500,000.
43% on income between $500,000 and $2 million.
48% on income between $2 million and $10 million. (In 2013, only 113,000 households, just 0.08 percent of all taxpayers, had income between $2 million and $10 million.)
52% on income of $10 million and above. (In 2013, only 13,000 households, just 0.01 percent of taxpayers, had income exceeding $10 million.)

Bernie Sanders is a piece of shit.

His economic plan centers around one thing. One group paying more in taxes so the freeloading group can get something for nothing. A good example is his college tuition nonsense. He wants taxpayers to "invest" in education so kids that can't afford it can go. If their own damn parents won't invest in them, hardly a good investment for anyone else.
