Iran Mocks US Sailors Capture in Revolution Day Parade

Amazing how those eastern european countries can move forward and build functional countries - but the islamic pet/darling of the far left trash - iran, can be in "revolutionary (i.e., terrorism) mode, for eternity...

Note: the following may be perceived to be a micro-aggression by some readers.

It's not really amazing, it's actually pretty predictable when cultural differences are accounted for. The Eastern European countries are westernized; in fact, they are part of what was once known as Christendom. Freedom comes naturally to such places because there are no cultural impediments to it.

Middle eastern countries are not like western countries. Just because one thing works in a western country doesn't mean it will work in another country; especially, if that country's cultural has been historically influenced by Islam. Democracy in such places all too often leads to people voting in theocracy. Which is bad enough, but it's compounded by the fact it's a pernicious brand of theocracy that oppresses women, religious minorities, gays---just about anyone who doesn't toe the totalitarian line.

That all should be obvious by now, but it's not.

Oh, a jew hater that supports Muslim TORTURERS? Which one is your favorite form of torture? Now we get the true story.

I'm sort of pleased that my responses to your self-confessed penchant for torture have gotten so far under your skin as to turn you into a parrot. What do they say - ' emulation is the greatest form of praise ' ?
However, I'd much prefer to chat to anti-torture members so it might be less damaging to your image of yourself if you simply wandered off and sharpened something.

It's not obvious because you've based it upon a false premise- well, a common misunderstanding to which you appear to have subscribed.
Many Islamic countries have universal suffrage. That hardly fits your description.
Further, traditional Islamic relationships between men and women are not misogynistic- far from it. Misogyny exists everywhere in the world, of course, including being widespread across the USA- but it is not a characteristic of any country or faith as you would like to paint it.

We have people running for President flat calling them evil and they simply underscore one of the few "victories" they get when one of our boats fails in their waters. Boring.

You don't like my theory because it sheds a bad light on Islam lol.

So, what's your theory? Why does democracy take root in east Germany and not in Baghdad?

Do you agree that Iraq was threatened by Israel for most of the latter half of the 20th c. ? Well, too bad if you don't- because it was. The failure of any co-ordinated Arab effort to address the problem of a militarised Israel in its midst has caused widespread dissent and dissatisfaction - resulting in the rise of autocracies and dictarships . ' Strong ' men have been favored over parliaments.
Hitler's Germany was hardly a democracy in any realistic sense of the word - and Germany's defeat meant that it had ' our' brand of ' democracy ' imposed upon it. That was never going to work by attempting to defeat Middle East strong men militarily. The actions alone drew populations closer together more ' anti-Western than they were previously. And all the while the neoZionists sat gloating over the destruction of their affronted neighbors. Don't you think ' we ' should let the Middle East play out without us now ?

Obama is fully brain dead in the middle east. causing rifts with our allies,,,, for what with Iran?
Iran is fully in the Russian orbit - they even cooperate logistically in Syria

you are a self appointed expert huh?

what you call for is making sure Iran will be our enemy into the future huh?

Iran has a very HUGE youth population who all want a way more secular life.

you want to make sure they die huh

Desh logic..not "making an enemy" but recognizing they are a geo-political foe in Russian orbit
and a belligerent to the region.
Any outreach to Iran is wasted -they are firmly in line with Putin, and until that changes you might as well try to mollify him.
Aint' happening.

Which doesn't mean going to war with either .neither.

PS. Take a look at Iranian regulars in Syria. Not just hezbolah anymore

It took root in baghdad for about an hour, remember a few years ago those smiling people walking out of voting boots with their fingers purple from the voting page ink? islam is a cancer, and is incompatible with democracy.

I picked Baghdad out of the air. Pick another middle eastern country. Saudi Arabia, for example. What's different about Saudi Arabia and France, except for the fact the later has a Christian heritage and a culture that grew out of the enlightenment and not Islam?

Why was there no Enlightment in Muslim countries as opposed to Christian ones? Was it because the latter lacked neo-Zionist oppressors lol?

Of course, there are a great many fools, such as transwarpdrivel, who not only believe that Western democracy is the pinnacle of political systems but actually believe that it works to their advantage. Their aptitude for dropping their pants for the ' representatives ' who screw them is remarkable.

There are 22 arab muslim and persian-majority nations, none are democracies. In fact, most are apartheid states with few, if any rights, for minorities:

http://www.thecommentator.com/article/4922/no_apartheid_in_israel_lots_of_it_in_the_arab_world

Look at how the iranians treat minorities, who make up almost half the country, or how jordan, syria and lebanon treat pal arabs, or how women are treated in almost any arab muslim country.

islam is a cancer, and the sooner it is eradicated, the better.

You know of a better system? Can we see it lol?

The idiot leftist trolling cunts are so completely devoid of an argument, they are claiming democracy is not a desirable form of government LOL. When these pieces of shit are willing to put their money where their mouth is and move to china or some other dictatorship, THEN I might give a fuck about their utterly worthless opinion. For them, it must totally suck to be on the losing side of every argument, for years.

Accidents happen perhaps, but that is the first intelligent thing I've seen from this poster that I agree with, ever. Remarkable...

Intelligence is a requirement for the recognition of other intelligence. There hasn't been a hint of an IQ above 65 from transwarpdrivel to date.
