Scalia Dead :D

We need to amend the constitution so SC judges are elected every 6 years. They have given themselves authority to rewrite our laws and constitution and yet the public presently has no control over them.!!!!

no retard. the point of life tenure is so you are not influenced by plebs and you focus solely on the law rather than caterring to every morons current circlejerk. It keeps them focused on the law only.

IF a judge gets way out of the line the people can have their representatives impeach them.

This man deserved no compassion, especially in the last ten years. He gave no compassion. I do have a great deal of compassion but he deserves none.

His family has my regards, but not Scalia, one of the few humans I found despicable and I make no apologies for my happiness that he is no longer a Supreme.
