Next, is the muslim population of the USA approximately 1% ? Yay. ( We'll hurry this along )
Does the Constitution extol freedom of religion ? Yay.
Would the banning of muslims amount to discrimination ? Yay
Would such discrimination impact negatively upon America's resident muslims ? Yay.
Would such a ban be constitutional ? I think any court would throw it out.
Would anybody attempting to impose such a ban be acting unconstitutionally ? I think so, yes.

Is Trump a potential Constitution trampler ? Even his supporters know the answer to that.

The documents and court hearing were the latest developments in a controversy over the GOP's ballot program that Democrats maintain is aimed at reducing minority turnout. The Republicans say the program's sole purpose is to purge ineligible voters from voting roles.

In an Aug. 13 memo the court made public Friday, Kris Wolfe, the Republican National Committee Midwest political director, wrote Lanny Griffith, the committee's Southern political director, and said of the Louisiana campaigning:

"I know this race is really important to you. I would guess that this program will eliminate at least 60-80,000 folks from the rolls. . . . If it's a close race . . . which I'm assuming it is, this could keep the black vote down considerably."

California is mostly white although not a majority. The hispanic population is close to that of white. Blacks make up a small percentage is California comparatively.

D.C., although not a state, is mostly black and Hawaii is mostly Asian.

So it's OK to violate the Constitution as long as the violation is temporary?

I'd never suggest banning all guns until we figure out how to end school shootings. That would be unconstitutional! You would go ape shit crazy if a canadate did that.

Well- an apology is usually given by somebody who has claimed to be correct but has been proven wrong, as you have been. The fact that you also insulted the member who was correct does add a tad more urgency.

its okay to check,if someone is actually a terrorist trying to sneak into the country as long as you are actually checking to see if they are terrorists trying to sneak into the country......I can understand why liberals don't actually give a fuck if that happens but until you can insure that only liberals will be killed by terrorists you're going to have to play along.......
