His stance is Syrian Refugees is not the same thing as a stance on all Muslim immigration in fact it is regional nor is it even unprecedented. Obama temporarily stopped immigration from regions in the ME during his terms.

His stance on "anchor babies"? He supports amending the constitution. That's constitutional, it's part of the constitution.... We used it for the Bill of Rights... You might remember some times in history like when women got the vote....

Your two examples are examples of either deliberate or accidental ignorance of Cruz's positions.

I was talking about Trump's positions, not Cruz.

If Trump's position on immigrants is Nationality based, I likely disagree but wont call it Unconstitutional. It was my understanding, regarding anchor babies that Trump, at first, said he could change the law without changing the Constitution and that the Constitution did not automatically grant anchor babies citizenship. He might have changed that after actually reading the Constitution.

I simply find it ironic that those who scream that Obama is not following the Constitution don't care when Trump ignores or is ignorant of what it says.

IT would be constitutional to ban all immigration, I disagree with that plan, but it does not run afoul of the Constitution. At least you are demonstrating some understanding of the Constitution.
 
This election has been a real eye-opener. That 66% # for Republicans is incredible - and it really hammers home what the left has been saying about the GOP for years. Trump's level of support is also alarming.

I'll open myself up to the lame zingers that we often see here, but I have never considered myself to be a very intelligent person. Average, at best. Now? I realize that I'm smarter than a LOT of Americans. We have more ignorant people out there than I ever would have imagined. I thought it was a small minority, but they're really showing their faces in this election, and there are a lot of them.

Agreed. There are a lot of stupid people out there. Support for Trump is mind boggling. Same for Hillary.

You give yourself too much credit. No one that's read what you've posted would say you even reach the level of average.

No one has cheated black voters. That's an excuse your bleeding heart, white trash kind have to come up with in order to excuse people too damn lazy to do what it takes to vote.
