it's a single block lol. They vote 95% for dems.
 
Starting with this quote: "To make matters worse, the federal safety net for poor families was torn to shreds by the Clinton administration in its effort to “end welfare as we know it.”

Conservatives loved this. They loved the idea that the so-called takers were getting a cutoff date. So why is this decision now being held against Hillary? Conservatives still think the so-called takers are getting more than they deserve. A lot of cons on this JPP think this safety net should be completely abolished.

Try reading the article. It is not saying 'why Hillary doesn't deserve conservative votes'... it says 'why Hillary doesn't deserve the BLACK vote'

IF you aren't going to bother reading the OP, then why comment?

The OP author is making the case why black voters should be looking at SANDERS (not Hillary).

This is being held against Hillary because SHE and BILL supported this.
