asssault with deadly weapon 'tossing a three-foot ALLIGATOR" thru Wendy's drive thru

Joshua James, 23, of Florida was arrested on Monday by U.S. Marshals
•He allegedly threw the alligator threw a drive-thru window at a Royal Palm Beach Wendy's last October
•During the incident, he reportedly grabbed the alligator from the back of his truck before tossing it through the window
•Officials said he admitted to picking up the alligator from side of the road and taking it to the fast-food restaurant

The suspect, identified as 23-year-old Joshua James, was picking up his order at the window of the Royal Palm Beach location before grabbing a three-and-a-half foot alligator from the back of his truck.

After receiving his drink he allegedly tossed the reptile through the window while the server was turned around, according to a Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission Incident report.

A photo from the incident shows the alligator looking out from a corner of the kitchen of the fast-food restaurant.

The incident took place in October, however James was only taken into custody on Monday by U.S. Marshals, according to WPTV.

The station also reported that surveillance video led to his arrest.

ROFL....gators are reptiles. they have bony scales /exoskeleton. literally - Crocodilian armor

so the gator isn't harmed at all.. what about the people working there? any concerns for them?

premeditated assault by gator...

they have nerve endings too

they dont want to be inside burger shops where they cant reach the raw meat

Sounds like charges relating to molesting an endangered animal might be in order, but assault with a deadly weapon.... silly.

Where was moon's brother/father (for him it is the same person) in all of this?

Normally, after moon fucks the animal, they eat it together so I am totally shocked he just let moon give one away like that.
