I already pay State taxes that offset the costs for tuition at State schools where I live. He wants more. What you don't see him including is an expectation of a kid's own parents to do for their kid what he wants to force those of us that aren't that kid's parents to do. If a kid's own parents won't invest in their child, why is it the responsibility of someone else that isn't the parent to to do it?

If racial minorities support Hillary over Bernie, then I really don't know what the fuck they are doing in the Democratic Party. It amounts to supporting the party label over longstanding notions of upward mobility via an expansive welfare state and special treatment.
