If I can produce proof that Hillary knows that whether a document is marked classified or not is irrelevant to how it should be treated then you take a one week ban. If I cannot provide the evidence, I take a one week ban.

Essentially I am saying that her argument that it wasn't "marked classified at the time" is bullshit. Maybe it is true they weren't marked classified, but it doesn't matter and she knows it doesn't matter and I can prove both

The source will be none other than Hillary herself. No right wing sites or opinions. Solid, unimpeachable proof.

If you feel rock solid in repeating her defense then you should take me up on the bet as you have nothing to lose.

Depends on the topic. On foreign policy and defense/defense spending she's definitely conservative. Being slightly to the left of Attila the Hun does not necessarily make one a liberal. Yea Hilary is to the left on foreign policy and defense/defense spending than the neoconservatives but who the hell isn't? Also, unlike the neo-conservatives she's actually shown competency to get things done without spending tons of treasure and our military blood or killing tens of thousands of innocent civilians. So yes, on those issues Hillary is conservative. On economics she's with out a doubt a moderate and a Keynesian. To which I say...good. I pretty much disqualify anyone from public office that is a supply sider on the unheard of basis that in the real world it doesn't work for the vast majority of people.

On social issues Hillary is certainly a social liberal. Given the historical track record of social conservatism and the ills and evils it's caused throughout human history...I'm glad she is a social liberal.

The real question on Hilary is the political inbreeding, a permanent political class the Clinton's, Bush and other political families represent and the extremely high probability of further rancor and divisiveness in our political system she represents is quite troubling to me. I have no doubt that if elected POTUS that we will see more of the political obstructionism that we are currently seeing. That's not really her fault as it is the other side of the aisle but I see no possibility of Clinton being able to work across that divide. Certainly not to the extent Bill did...which isn't saying much.

Ok, so I agree with you that HRC likely knows that the marking of the document is not relevant as to how it SHOULD be treated, she is simply throwing out a red herring.

I doubt you can prove it. There is always another side to any "evidence" you offer, absolute proof of just about anything is almost always illusory.

So, because I agree that it is likely true that she knew it was irrelevant I wont make the bet.

If I were to make the bet, who would be the judge as to if you "proved" it or not? You? Me? You are a very silly person.

However your first statement is very telling. You are admitting that she is lying.

Bernie to me is a throwback to the new deal social democrats that dominated our political system from the 30's through most of the 80's. The main reason our nation took such a hard swing to the right in the late 90's and early 2000's is due primarily to the excesses of social democrats. That's not to say that the far right offers anything better. Unless you're making more than $250,000/year they're far worse. They have proven particularly incompetent in foreign policy and national defense as proven by the cluster fuck they made out of the after math of 911.

Whether you like her or abhor her Clinton is not a New Deal Democrat (or social democrat if you prefer) and is primarily a left of center politician.

The reality though is that the majority of the nation is center right. We're not some far right laissez-faire libertarian paradise where the only people who have liberty are the ones who have the capital to exploit everyone else and everyone else gets by on libertarian fairy dust. Nor are we a left wing socialist utopia where everyone is absolutely equal and we all get by from drinking wine from the same glass and singing kumbaya.

We're not a redneck proletariat either. Being uneducated and/or a rural good ole boy doesn't qualify you for office. Being skilled in the law and public administration does.

Desh, you said you caucused or helped the Democratic Party one time. All I can wonder is how? I mean if you were in Iowa and someone asked you who you supported between Hillary and Bernie and why your response would be 'Hillary because Republicans are evil'. You couldn't even tell a fellow Democratic why you support Hillary over Bernie.
