Lets make a deal...

The Republican party has had a mantra for 8 years... Impasse. Roadblock. Shutdown.

Now, they are jumping behind a candidate whose mantra is "lets make a deal". I can make deals, I can get stuff done.

I don't understand, they have spent President Obama's entire administration road blocking any deal and now they are supporting Monty Hall who spent 10 min's talking on Morning Joe today about how he will be very good at working with Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid.

Someone help me understand this?

the base the donnald stole from the republican party does not care about policy.

they just hated having a black man president.

they have no loyalty to anything but not being a white minority

Your assumption being that Nan and whoever replaces Harry will resume the impasse roadblock shutdown they did for Bush II ?
I expect you would be correct, it's what they do.
But the difference is the Donald can communicate where BO could not. And he listens to citizens which is key to communication. If people want something congress is smart enough to know they keep their phoney baloney jobs by giving the people what they want.
They want jobs that BO could not deliver, went out of his way to not deliver. He had cronis to line the pockets of. Trump does not.

???....are you pretending Obama made any attempt to make a deal with someone?........

More certain, however: Opposition Republicans are using the delaying tactic at a record-setting pace.

"The numbers are astonishing in this Congress," says Jim Riddlesperger, political science professor at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth.

The filibuster, using seemingly endless debate to block legislative action, has become entrenched like a dandelion tap root in the midst of the shrill partisanship gripping Washington.

But the filibuster is nothing new. Its use dates to the mists of Senate history, but until the civil rights era of the 1950s it was rarely used.

A tactic unique to the Senate, the filibuster means a simple majority guarantees nothing when it comes to passing laws.

I don't know, he was able to sheppard the ACA through Congress, but I am talking about how the Republicans railed about the evils of compromise and deal making. How working with Obama was considered seriously evil. How badly Chris Christie was damaged for working with Obama on Hurricane Sandy recovery.

the republican said right in the beginning their number one job was to screw Obama.

they said it right out loud

ACA Shepparded? Only dodgy tactics allowed this. There was no bipartisan effort. Terrible example.

But a fine example if BO ignoring public sentiment.

Garud is like every other idiot on the left. He thinks 'compromise' means 'do what Obama wants'.

The ACA is a perfect example. Garud thinks it was compromise... yet it was rammed down our throats by a Dem supermajority.

LOL, says the person who thinks anyone who doesn't think and vote like you is evil and a traitor.

So, Cons... Do you want a president who will make deals with Nancy Pelosi or do you want more log jam?

Americans want jobs Obama could not deliver?

Obama only delivered the BEST JOB CREATION RECORD in history.

But hey, don't let little things like FACTS get in the way of your ridiculous assumptions.

Facts? What facts back the claim in your second sentence?
