Woman leaves kid in hot car. Kid dies. Woman gets ZERO prison time.

Won't even be deported so i guess she's illegal or a legal non-citizen. Anyway, a white citizen would have gotten 30 years for this.

jan 22 2016 The day care worker, who left her nephew in a hot car, killing him, will not spend any time behind bars.

The long-running case finally came to an end Friday with prosecutors bending over backward to help keep her out of prison and to keep her from being deported.

In August 2012 Rodriguez-Miramontes drove her 2-year-old nephew to a Westside Albuquerque Daycare and then went inside to work without him. Hours later, she found him dead inside the hot car.

She was charged with child abuse resulting in death but the victim’s family didn’t want her charged, saying she simply forgot the boy was in the car and that they forgave her.

Under the deal Rodriguez-Miramontes was given community service, no prison time

Really? How about this mom who got off scot-free in her baby's death? I understand that for you guys only brown people should be punished and she was the white CEO of a hospital.

"A mother who testified she was distracted and running late for work when she left her 7-month-old daughter in her minivan was found innocent Monday in the girl's death.

Judge Paul Huscher found Kari Engholm innocent of involuntary manslaughter and neglect of a dependent person in the June 26 death of her daughter, Clare. Temperatures were near 90 that day and the girl died from overheating.

"We're very pleased with Judge Huscher's decision," Engholm said outside the Dallas County Courthouse. Engholm said Huscher, who heard the case without a jury, recognized that Clare's death was a "heartbreaking, tragic accident."

Defense attorneys had said in closing arguments that prosecutors had failed to prove that Engholm had acted recklessly. The judge agreed, saying Engholm did not consciously forget about her child and so did not act with reckless disregard for her daughter's safety."

They should both be in jail.....

If it were about an accidental death involving a gun, you pinheads would be having a shitfit.....and without a doubt, someone would going to jail, while the head

Of course it was an accident, you fool. No one said she wanted the kid to die. But it's like a drunk driving death and she should have been convicted of manslaughter and done decades of time. A white citizen would have.

Her wasn't convicted.
Criminal charges are not up to the victims families to drop. If her was guilty of murder, the charges would have stuck.
Obama wasn't even in the courtroom.

As much as I disagree with the Leftist pinheads on 99.99% of everything, here is the .001% where I do agree and would rather my fellow Conservatives tone it down for once. As a father myself I cringe at the prospect of burying my child, but this was an unfortunate, tragic accident and no crime was committed. Not to mention the poor mother will have to live with this the rest of her life.
