Media blames MI gov for Flint water mess. Why not the city manager?

Why wouldn't the media blame him?
He admitted culpability you fucking moron.

If Flint was in China Snyder would already have been hung to death by his neck.

One thing the Chinese have right.

Michigan Gov. Snyder admits Flint is his ‘Katrina’

Calling the water crisis in Flint a “disaster,” Michigan Gov. Rick Snyder took responsibility for not following up on complaints on the poisoned water and admitted it was his “Katrina” — shorthand for a complete political failure — reports the National Journal.

You, like Rune, aren't very bright. The above is him taking responsibility for the FOLLOW UP. Not for creating the problem... you simpleton.

You're making a fool of yourself. The city manager has admitted this happened under his watch. Sure - he now blames others, but HE was in charge.
