ITs easy to fool some people....

There's never been an election like this, that I can recall, with someone like Trump. I would not be surprised if a survey was taken of people on the street that more people knew who Donald Trump was than Joe Biden. So throw in his celebrity and wealth along with his brash controversial style and you definitely have something we haven't seen before.

It wouldn't be close in terms of recognition. Way too many idiots in this country paying more attention to 'reality' stars than to the political/economic conditions in this country. Which is why the two parties have been able to consolidate more and more power/money in DC.

Meanwhile liberals voted for Obama twice and what did you get out of it??? Seven years of failed policies and misery.

And their 2 frontrunners will be more of the same, if not worse.

Hillary has already made business partners with countries all over the world while she was Sec State.

Now she wants to cash in on those investments and continue to enrich herself. She's the 1st purley corrupt candidate of all time.

Lol...yeppers, because we know those nasty "evangelicisms" deserve no say....no voice...should lay aside all morality when considering any law.

More ignorance from Garud... the whole stupidity of 'Bush destroyed the party' is simply another of his troll jobs. Obviously Garud hates people who have faith, which isn't shocking given that he is a liar, I mean lawyer.

He believes that only those that agree with him should be able to fight hard for what they believe in.

I have to say, the claims that Cruz is not eligible, although silly, are more legitimate than those who claimed President Obama, who was born in Hawaii, was ineligible.

Its entertaining that its Trump who trumpeted both claims. Trump even said he had proof he was going to release... some day. For the life of me, I cannot understand why Trump's republican opponents don't come out with reels and reels of footage of trump stepping in it over the years.

Forgotten promises, idiotic statements, arrogant claims, misogynistic idiocy... there must be hours of such footage.

go, birther, go.....

I think Trump could win, we will see. Time tells...

The Trump pheonomum is proof enough to me that GWB and his legacy destroyed the Republican party as we knew it. Lets see what emerges. It might be a very good thing if evangelicalisms vice grip on Conservatives is ended and the hard Right has no home.

Funny how you want to give voice to muslimes but those dastardly evangelicals really skeer you.

All the footage was lost, when Hillary's server "crashed". :palm:

Lol...nope. 49. 50 if I make it to May. Planning to retire at the end of next school year (I'll be 51) with 30 years in. Mentioning retiring might have made people think I was older.

All law considers a moral question.

The line of recent cases, including Lawrence v. Texas and Perry v. Schwarzenegger, are explicit in their rejection of subjective moral viewpoints as a legitimate basis for legislation or the denial of constitutional rights, and also take the time to point out that the side advocating for the imposition of its subjective moral viewpoint upon others lacked any evidentiary basis for its morality. The District Court in Perry stated, “A private moral view… is not a proper basis for legislation,” and “Moral disapproval alone is an improper basis on which to deny rights,” as well as “…those individuals’ moral views are an insufficient basis upon which to enact a legislative classification.” The Supreme Court in Lawrence decided that the moral majority may not “use the power of the State to enforce these views on the whole society through operation of the criminal law”. Justice Sandra Day O’Connor’s concurrence in Lawrence was particularly scathing in its denunciation of the suggestion that moral disapproval, in and of itself, was a legitimate government interest. In Planned Parenthood of Southeastern Pa. v. Casey, the Supreme Court made plain the obligation of the Court, “Our obligation is to define the liberty of all, not to mandate our own moral code.” Let us not take a step backward after we have made such strides to eradicate any notion of morality from our jurisprudence. - See more at: http://www.patheos.com/blogs/daylig...has-no-place-in-the-law/#sthash.Xkg7MVQa.dpuf

What you, your leftist friends, and the leftist media does not understand, is that Trump could be eating children; he is the first person running for office with the guts to say it is time to mass deport the illegals, and stop them or more from coming back or in.

That alone is enough to bring conservatives and independents over to his candidacy no matter what else he does or stands for, a fact the left just does not grasp.

He is no longer saying that! Sad!
