The officials telling the people to drink the water were from the Governors office and staff.
Wyant has resigned.

The one person who could have fixed this over a year ago was Snyder.
He spent the last year trying to cover it up and denying to the people of Flint that there was even a problem.
Snyder is primarily accountable for this ongoing, republican created, tragedy.

according to the info above, a democrat was very closely involved and had knowledge as well. why didn't he expose it? why did he go along with the coverup? how much money did he and other democrats make off of poisoning a city of kids?

He tried and was overshadowed by the guy in charge, Snyder.

ROFLMAO... typical Dems trying to excuse the FACT that it was the City council of Flint that voted to change the water supply (DEM RUN) and the City's Mayor(DEM) who approved the change.

The appointed emergency manager... ALSO A DEM... also has some responsibility.

Yes, Snyder appointed him... but trying to blame a Rep Governor for the actions of the CITY is pretty absurd.

That would be like blaming Obama for the failures of Illinois or Nevada...

The decision the change the water source had to be approved by the Governor. But that is not where the crimes were committed.
After learning of the lead in Flint's water Snyder spent the next year covering it up and telling the people to DRINK THE WATER!
