Prove her wrong

No shit fer brains. You are ignoring the Property Clause of the Constitution as is Damo.

The funny thing is, we covered all this during the Cliven Bundy attempted insurrection.
Apparently you idiots didn't understand it then either.

LMAO... you are relying up yourself, Garud and Desh... arguably the three biggest retards on the board. But you go on thumping your chest lil Rune. You are wrong.

My post cited the Constitution and common sense based on the actual words in the Constitution. They also happen to be the generally agreed upon consensus of most constitutional scholars....

And you are relying on?

I'll understand if you want to ignore this post.

Since Rune and Desh have stated:
1 - That Damo hasn't addressed the issue
and
2 - Neither of them read all the posts and can't be bothered in going back and looking

I'm therefore going to post this 10 consecutive times, just to aid them.

NOW, if either of them ever say that they never saw his reply; it just means that they're both too retarded to every have a discussion about anything.

Incorrect.
Why do you deny the existence and verity of the Property Clause?

You are coming off like a nutbag here.

I do not ignore the property clause, the powers granted to the Fed in the clause are theirs, I simply note that the property clause is restricted to property purchased under this restriction. Pretending this restriction doesn't exist doesn't make it go away, it is inconvenient and many people in government work to dismantle the restrictions. Often they'll cite SCOTUS rulings, etc. as if historically the SCOTUS is perfect (it isn't).

The ownership of property by the Federal Government is restricted by this particular clause that has been largely ignored in the past. They have power to exercise over property they own, however the ownership of the property is supposed to be limited by Article 1 Section 8 Clause 17.

Dear retard... I was addressing a point DESH made in this thread. If you do not like that, fuck off.

Again... Damo has addressed the property clause and you two morons keep ignoring that fact. No one is saying it doesn't apply. Do you think what he posted miraculously doesn't apply?
Yes they do.

No, by the clear meaning of the words, not ALL property ownership is limited by Article 1 Section 8 Clause 17. Some occasions for property ownership are limited. Land purchased from States for example, are limited by Article 1 Section 8 Clause 17. As you yourself point out, post offices are one such situation. There are many others, the largest group authorized by the very next paragraph. You can pretend the necessary and proper clause does not exist, but it does.
