FOX News host Andrea Tantaros responded to Obama’s tears today during his gun control push.

“This is how many years? Eight years, he’s almost at the end of his term. And you haven’t heard him go to Chicago and speak out about this issue and he is uniquely poised to do so. But everything he’s doing won’t solve that problem. So I would check that podium for a raw onion or some “No More Tears.” It’s not really believable.

The executive branch has every right and duty to execute the law as they see fit.
Only a ruling by the judicial branch can override any over-reach by the executive branch.

The only thing even remotely good about this smelly thing is it makes it easier for mental health professionals to communicate with law enforcement concerning potentially dangerous patients. And even that is a double-edged sword because I wouldn't want my shrink running to the cops if I told them sometimes I want to kick my boss in the huevos. Also, he's hiring 230 more people to process background checks. Other than that, it's another empty gesture, for that crying shit he should get an Oscar to go with his Nobel peace prize.

you're saying that the executive can interpret the word GREEN to mean YELLOW? because that is how detailed the law is. and no, the congress can impeach if need be.
