Gun Nut KILLS Daughter

So ...how do you know she didn't try to phone the proper authorities before the shooting ? She might even BE a cop....

....one shot, one hit, one dead ? Sounds to me like she was very experienced with this firearm.....

Poor Zappy

Now - now - now.
Aren't you aware of the RED LIGHT rule.

If someone breaks into your home and threatens you; all you have to do is yell RED LIGHT and all of the criminals must freeze, right where they are.
This give you the opportunity to call 911 and make the report; but you are obligated to then yell GREEN LIGHT and allow them to commit their crimes or leave, prior to the Police arriving.

If she is a cop then she did not follow her training, cops aren't to fire on unidentified targets if the target has not shown any aggression.

That's utterly hilarious.

Are you suggesting this isn't how they are trained? It is how they were trained in my hometown. What are the rules of engagement and deadly force? Are officers trained to fire on someone before they know whether the target is hostile? It doesn't mean they don't, it means they shouldn't.

Florida mom shoots daughter dead after mistaking her for an intruder

A Florida woman killed her 27-year-old daughter after mistaking her for an intruder, officials in St. Cloud said on Wednesday.

Police said that the mother was sleeping when she heard something that sounded like an intruder at around 11:51 p.m. on Tuesday, the Orlando Sentinel reported.

According to police, the woman fired a single shot at the suspected intruder before discovering that she had shot her daughter, who died after being taken to a local hospital by emergency crews.

St. Cloud Police Department declined to release the identities of the shooter or the victim because someone in the home works for a law enforcement agency. Police also declined to say if the resident who worked for law enforcement was involved in the shooting.

“At this time, the incident appears to be an accidental shooting,” a statement from police said.

The State Attorney’s Office was expected to review the incident after detectives complete their investigation.

What makes this woman a gun nut?

It is a horrible accident, but I don't understand why you claim she is a gun nut.

It is akin to others calling all Muslim's terrorists and all blacks, thugs. I believe it is the reason he does it, to troll like others troll.

LMFAO. ZappasGuitar thanks this post that admits he made this thread to troll.

:mun:

Where is your outrage over the white on white murders. Black leaders are concerned about these murders, are white leaders concerned about the 4 million murder committed by whites?
Where is your outrage?

I will overlook the bad grammar but where do you get that 4 million figure?

If the daughter was armed she could have defended herself and drawn first...
That's why we need...

Depends on how you define "trained". The yearly "Use of Force" classes that they don't pay attention to pale in comparison to the actions they exercise and defend on a daily basis.
