Good for Mayor Jackson, the voice of sanity in this mess.

"The two Cleveland police officers involved in the fatal shooting of 12-year-old Tamir Rice will face a new administrative review after a grand jury decided not to press charges against them, Mayor Frank Jackson said Tuesday.

Regardless of what the grand jury in Cuyahoga County believed about the Tamir's death on Nov. 22, 2014, "it should not have happened," Jackson said at a news conference Tuesday.

"It should not have happened," he repeated. "It simply should not have happened."

The so called officer who shot Tamir Rice found unfit by previous department?!!

I'm tired of hearing about these officers using they feared for their life excuse, if you that damn scared, you need to find another profession?!! In my opinion, 30% of all law enforcement officers, from Barny Fife to your top FBI agent should not be in these positions of authority, because they lack maturity, tack, common sense, and a conscience!

The Cleveland PD should be under fire for lousy hiring practices in addition to the Rice murder. How many more like Tim Loehmann are on the squad?

"The Cleveland police officer who shot and killed 12-year-old Tamir Rice last month "could not follow simple directions, could not communicate clear thoughts nor recollections, and his handgun performance was dismal" during a short stint at a smaller police force in 2012, according to a letter from his previous supervisor released Wednesday."

I'm tired of hearing about keyboard warriors passing judgment on those who walk the walk.

What should a 5'2" 110 lbs. female police officer do when confronted by a 6'5" male with a tire iron?

Or are you saying women aren't fit to be police officers?

It's amazing that so many people know exactly what they would do and yet they've never been in any kind of similar situation.
Using their logic; an Officer must wait until he's shot, before he's allowed to return fire.

It's apparent that they actually think that a person should be allowed to pull their weapon, then the Cop is supposed to take the time to determine if it's real or not, if it's real, then and only then is the Cop allowed to draw and fire his own weapon. :palm:

Heh, not really though.

Administrative reviews by the departments typically follow courtroom acquittals. A shooting may have been legally justified but still may have been done outside the department guidelines, in which case the officer might be fired.

And then there's going to be the civil trial.

People who think police use their firearms without a care in the world have no idea of the hell unleashed on officers once that first round leaves the barrel.

I've gotten to the point where I just sort of enjoy the ignorance spouted by the libtards.

I saw a news story on YouTube, I think it was in Arizona.... the police brought a local loud-mouthed community organizer in for simulated gun fight scenarios. He walked out singing a whole different tune.

Ah, here it is...

YEP - Just like everyone knows how to correctly raise a child, until they actually have one and have to face reality.

Frankly I don't thinka 5'2" male or female should bea cop.
Whatever happened to picking the biggest dumbest bulls (like yourself)?
At a minimum if a woman wants to bea pig she should meet the same standards.

Now that is out of the way, how is it relevant to the OP?

LOL

I would have shot him as I was pulling up....

Which is what they did. They must be racists just like you.
